MCD’s mission in North America is to support the plate heat exchanger service companies, and others; by supplying a broad range of Plate Heat Exchanger Gaskets on a short delivery basis.
Broad Selection – MCD manufactures over 600 different gaskets in 9 different materials, covering the product lines of most major Plate Heat Exchanger Manufacturers in North America. We produce gaskets for discontinued heat exchangers, and long delivery materials such as viton – both quickly.
Availability – MCD has geared it’s manufacturing to the service industry. We produce small quantities on a per order basis using “Flexible Manufacturing”. We have a workforce of over 100 people dedicated solely to the manufacture of PHE gaskets, supporting 18 PHE gasket presses utilizing over 600 gasket molds. Orders are generally ready for shipment in 2-4 weeks, unless a rush shipment is required. Quick shipment – Our shipments to North America are “door to door” from our plant in Guny, France to your facility in only a few days ( typically 2-4 days ) utilizing courier services such as DHL, UPS, and FedEx.
