Advanced Metals (new window) has the capability to furnish tanks, heat exchangers and welded assemblies from a long list of exotic metallurgy and reactive metals, including:

Advanced Metals can perform on-site repairs and complies with TEMA standards, as well.

Manufacturing Facility

  • 24,000 square feet
  • The 60 ft. x 200 ft. "clean room" is designed specifically for welding reactive metals and exotic alloys.
  • A fully integrated engineering department with two professional engineers on staff.
  • ASME Section VIII Div. 1 & 2 and National Board "R" certified.
  • The quality assurance group is certified to perform RT, PT, UT, ET, MT, VT, HLT and in addition are certified AWS welding inspectors.
  • Our operation complies with the Pressure Equipment Directive (PED).
  • The facility has a fully equipped machine shop and metal preparation area including shears, rolls, brake press and saws.
